Nestled in a quiet Beaver Creek neighborhood and bordering the White River National Forest, the Beaver Creek Ski-in/Ski-Out Residence is a luxurious mountain retreat thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. Spanning 6,684 square feet across three levels, this ski-in/ski-out home blends cutting-edge technology with refined craftsmanship.
Shaeffer Hyde was proud to serve as the builder, collaborating closely with dSPACE Studio to bring the vision to life. The residence features contemporary Italian cabinetry by Luca Lanzetta, an oversized Panoramah window package sourced from Portugal, and a sophisticated Luminii lighting system. A striking three-story, three-sided elevator links the home’s levels, while geothermal heating and cooling, solar panels, and Tesla battery backup systems deliver energy efficiency without sacrificing comfort.
Designed as a haven for relaxation, the home includes a custom indoor spa and sauna room, generous outdoor living areas, and a bespoke outdoor spa. Executing the design required extensive HVAC, plumbing, and electrical integration to support the home’s complex and elegant systems.
