A Renovation Exploration

If you currently own or are considering the purchase of an existing property, our professionals are available for a complimentary in-home walk through consultation. Shaeffer Hyde experts will listen to your needs, understand the possibilities, and work with you to make your space your own.

Among the many design-build considerations, we can explore the topography of the site, constructability, how to maximize views, the movement of the sun and how the home will sit on a site and work with land and trees. We can also conduct square footage studies, addition potentials and kitchen or bath evaluations.

Heather Duncan has 13 years of experience in construction project management and estimating and leads the Client RE:sources department.

Kevin Squires, Superintendent

Kevin Squires is the Lead Superintendent, responsible for coordinating seasonal maintenance and remodel projects.

Albert Sisneros, Master Carpenter

Albert is our master carpenter and repair expert who is responsible for field operations.

Rob Fawcett,   Director of Operations

With over 40 years in the building industry, Rob Fawcett is a 25-year veteran with our company.  As our Director of Operations, he serves as a model of professionalism, experience and character.

Steve Hooker, Preconstruction Manager

Steve Hooker spearheads cost estimates, bringing careful attention to the details and hands-on project management experience to fine tune and control costs.
