A custom home built by Shaeffer Hyde Construction has been awarded the Merit Award for Built Architecture by AIA Colorado. Bridge House, designed by CCY Architects of Basalt, Colorado features 7,000 square feet of living space with expansive views of the New York Mountain Range, Bachelors Gulch and Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Bridge House, built amid nine acres of aspen groves, wild sage and meadow is tranquil and private. The home’s name was inspired by the design’s unique bridge element that contains the primary living and dining spaces.
